Description

This template is used to remind users of talk page conventions, mainly about the importance of signing posts.

Dependencies

Syntax

Type {{subst:uw-talkpage}} in the message field and Warning as the heading.

The "subst:" to substitute the template is critical.

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Avatar Wiki pages that have open discussion, you should start a new section if your message is unrelated to any of the other threads. You can do this simply by clicking on the "Leave message" button that appears at the top of the page. This helps with reducing confusion in discussion. Thank you.

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Avatar Wiki pages that have open discussion, you should keep in mind the following:

Start a new section if your message is unrelated to any of the other threads. You can do this simply by clicking on the "Leave message" button that appears at the top of the page. This helps with reducing confusion in discussion.
Sign your posts by typing four tildes (~~~~) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when they said it.
