Teek was a waterbender from the Southern Water Tribe who fled Grey Wolf Village after Fire Nation troops attacked his home and sought to kill its benders during the Hundred Year War.[1]

History

Teek fled Grey Wolf Village with his friend Aniki and her baby brother Minaq when Fire Nation troops attacked his home and sought to kill the benders like himself who lived there. They left the Southern Water Tribe for the other nations and eventually came to the Fire Nation itself.

During his travels to the Fire Nation, Teek often thought of his great uncle who was off fighting in the Great War. Teek aspired to become a great bender just like him. In 95 AC, wanting to prove how great he could be, Teek heard about the Fire Nation hiding a valuable scroll in the Dragonbone Catacombs within the Fire Nation Capital. He wanted to steal the scroll, seeing it as an opportunity to show that he had not squandered his gifts.[1]

Physical description

Teek was scrawny, but acrobatic. He had unkempt clothes and bright eyes.[1]

Personality

Teek was an impatient individual and was looking for an opportunity to prove his greatness, believing he could be instrumental in ending the Fire Nation's domination.[1]

Abilities

Teek was a proficient waterbender, though aspired to be even greater. His signature use was making use of water whips.[1]
