It is available to play on both PC and console.

Starting on December 17, 2024, Overwatch 2 ran a limited time collab event with Avatar: The Last Airbender, in which various Avatar-themed cosmetics were available for purchase in-game or by completing challenges.[1] These cosmetics included hero skins, voice lines, emotes, and other items, all of which were inspired by Avatar characters and aesthetics. The event concluded on December 30, with the cosmetics no longer being available.

Trivia

  • Principle artist Mike Hardison has stated that the Overwatch 2 collab events feature the characters dressed or "cosplaying" as collab characters, rather than being the collab characters themselves. This is why they retain their unique artstyle and identity even while adopting aesthetics from the collab characters.[2]
