The adventure was initially released in the United States as part of Free RPG Day on June 24, 2023,[1] and became available for purchase internationally on November 21, 2023.[2]
Overview
You and your heroic friends have been asked by Bolin to help protect the set of Sengo: Lady of the Winds, the mover acting as a spiritual successor to the Nuktuk franchise! But you'll have to contend with egos and tensions on-set, just as much as the interference of the Creeping Crystal Triad![1]
Description
The set of the long-awaited new mover Sengo: Lady of the Winds, a spiritual successor to the Nuktuk series, has been plagued by disaster! Equipment has been breaking, multiple set pieces have had dangerous malfunctions, and the cast and crew are on edge โ production has been slowed to a crawl and the premiere is in only a week! The heroes are hired as security for the actors and production staff of Sengo are tasked by Bolin to protect the entire production from whomever is causing the chaos! Will the heroes have what it takes to stand up to the Creeping Crystal Triad and deliver a final cut of Sengo to the premiere at the Pro-bending Arena in time?[3]
Adventure hook
The heroes start the game with a shared backstory which ties them together, having helped Bolin to protect a new Republic City train depot from rival corporate sabotage! One of President Zhu Li Moon's initiatives was to build a brand-new train depot with Future Industries, but a rival train companyโTseng Roads, Incorporatedโsent undercover saboteurs to destroy the depot just as it was opening! The PCs wound up helping Bolin protect the innocent civilians at the grand opening. As a result, Bolin knows he can rely on them to protect the studio, and the heroes all know and can work with each other.[4]
Characters
- Hongmei โ The Varrimovers International executive who is counting on this mover to save the studio.
- Wing Len โ The director of Sengo: Lady of the Winds and an obstructionist on the set.
- Amrita โ A lieutenant of the Creeping Crystal Triad who is determined to get Hongmei to accept Creeping Crystal money and let them control part of the production.
- The Creeping Crystal Triad โ Representing Amrita's underlings and goons, helping her to terrorize the production.
- Xue โ The leading actress, playing Sengo herself, but rightfully aggrieved about the way she is being treated.
- Quin Yu โ A deeply arrogant opera performer who is playing the main antagonist of Sengo.
- Breeze โ The "stuntmaster" who claims to use his airbending to set up incredible stunts on set.
- Aiko โ Breeze's assistant and the real airbender behind him.[5]

- Erdene, The Prodigy (she/her) โ A talented, impetuous young airbender from the Fire Islands with a tendency to rush in excitedly and recklessly.
- Qacha, The Guardian (she/her) โ A self-sacrificing, stubborn sword-wielder from the Fire Islands, sent to keep watch over her sister Erdene.
- Thi, The Hammer (he/him) โ A rough, brilliant technologist from Republic City who used to work for the Creeping Crystal Triad.
- Meeka, The Idealist (she/her) โ A scarred, hopeful waterbender from Republic City who has become a healer since fighting in the United Republic Army.
- Dae, The Successor (he/him) โ A capable, doubtful earthbender from Republic City and the heir to a famous member of the Terra Triad.[4]

Trivia
- In the episode "The Voice in the Night" of The Legend of Korra, the council page mentions that all of Republic City's "movers and shakers" will be present at the gala that Tarrlok throws in Avatar Korra's honor.[7]
