Biographical information
Personal life
Timm attended Las Positas Community College, with the intention of achieving an Associate in Arts in Political Science for Transfer.[1]
Career
Inspired to join the performing arts by acting classes she took during her studies at Las Positas, Timm dropped out of community college to move to Los Angeles. Once there, Timm developed her creative skills by performing improv and taking sketch comedy classes, and in 2023, she was inducted into Nickelodeon's annual Writing Program. As part of the program, an initiative that provides emerging talent from diverse backgrounds with practical writing experience, Timm joined the writers' room for Avatar: Seven Havens.[1][2][3] After completing the program in 2024, Timm started development on an independent series called Roomies based on her own experiences living in Los Angeles. Timm used her own personal funds, as well as donations from the public, to finance the project, which was later showcased in 2025.[4][5]
