Li was an elderly captain in the Fire Nation military who served under the command of Admiral Zhao.

History

In early 100 AG, Li was involved in the preparations for the Siege of the North. While he and the other officers discussed strategic ideas for their planned invasion of the Northern Water Tribe, Li impatiently suggested that the Fire Nation forces launch an immediate attack. His plan, however, was refuted by Zhao, who noted that invading the Northern Tribe would not be as easy as invading a small Earth Kingdom village and that they would need a massive invasion force.

Personality

Li was somewhat impatient and preferred quick action to complex strategic considerations.
