Jiawei was a former Equalist and a spy for Cabbage Corp.[1]

History

Formerly a member of the Equalists, Jiawei's activities in the organization led to him losing his left forearm and being sent to prison. Pakuk, the Vice-President of Cabbage Corp, pulled some strings to get him released, leading Jiawei to become indebted to the former. At some point, Jiawei designed and built a prosthetic to replace the forearm he had lost.

After being released from prison, Jiawei was sent by Pakuk to infiltrate Prosthetist of Tin Town. Desiring to build a mecha fabrication base in the Republic City underground, Pakuk entrusted Jiawei with staging natural disasters that would motivate the town's residents to leave, allowing Cabbage Corp to purchase the space. Posing as a doctor, Jiawei built high-quality prosthetics for the town's residents, as many of them had disabilities similar to his own. At night, he would perform acts of sabotage against the town's infrastructure.[1]

Personality

Jiawei was soft-spoken, and kept a low profile due to his status as a spy. However, he was still a compassionate individual, and did his best to ensure that no one was injured as a result of his acts of sabotage.[1]

Abilities

Jiawei was a skilled mechanic, engineer, and doctor. He built a prosthetic in order to replace his left forearm, and later built similar prosthetics for the resident of Tin Town while he was undercover there. He wore a specialty toolbelt to aid him in his acts of sabotage.[1]
