History
Ibuki was an informant used by Detective Ziming of the Middle Ring's police force to get information on the various criminal enterprises in Ba Sing Se. He invested the money he earned in his future, and for him, that meant valuable art pieces. He was a collector of sorts, which meant that he often skulked about the city's black markets for choice masterpieces and rare finds.[1]
Personality
Ibuki was sneaky and sly, and he could get into most places without an issue. He had no qualms about working with a detective for the right price, but also had no qualms about betraying a detective. Driven by his need to survive, Ibuki always wanted to make the best deal possible.[1]
