Hiroshi was an earthbender known for his use of the earth tunneling technique and his rock dragon, Genji.[1]
History
Hiroshi was one of the four unique benders that Yahshi scouted for Team Avatar. After Hiroshi displayed his unusual bending abilities, the gang began to discuss whether or not to recruit him. However, just as they were about to announce their decision, Hiroshi and the three other benders left to start their own group, deciding that they did not like being judged.[1]

- Hiroshi's trademark move was a tunneling sneak attack.
- Hiroshi is the only known earthbender able to create an animal from rock and maintain it for long periods of time.
- Hiroshi bore similarities in fighting style to The Gopher, an Earth Rumble competitor named for his frequent use of tunneling attacks.
