Biographical information

Early life and career

Kibuishi, at the time known as Amy Kim Ganter, graduated from the School of Visual Arts in 2002 with a Cartooning BFA.[1] She has since won numerous awards, one of which opened her career to the opportunity of further development for her graphic novel series.

Personal life

Kibuishi married Kazu Kibuishi, editor of the Flight series of anthologies, in April 2007[2] and lives in the Los Angeles, California area.
