Biographical information
Jordan worked as a professional performer for over sixty years. By age sixteen, he had performed in Grand Opera and hosted his own radio show; he would later acquire roles in many Broadway shows, including Funny Girl, Kiss Me Kate, Guys and Dolls, and Titanic. He has also landed roles in a number of television shows, including Night Court and Days of Our Lives, as well as in animated programs such as The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest.
Jordan joined the Actors' Equity Association in 1957 and was a member of the National Council and Western Regional Board for 36 years, serving on more than sixty committees in his lifetime.
