Biographical information

Devin Elle Kurtz was born in 1996 in Santa Cruz, California. At 17, she moved to Laguna Beach to attend Laguna College of Art and Design with a major in Illustration, though left college after her first year to continue her freelance career and pursue other educational opportunities. She has been the lead background painter in Netflix's Disenchantment since the show's second season.[1]

  • Kurtz considered it an honor to work on the Avatar franchise, as it has been one of her leading inspirations since childhood.[2]
