Lee was a line cook at the estate of the falsely identified Avatar, Yun.[1]
History
Lee worked alongside Kyoshi during her time as Yun's servant under the strict rule of the kitchen staff, Auntie Mui. He was forced to recite poetry by Mui, who liked to enforce high culture among her workers. After his poor attempt, Kelsang began to recite a raunchy work shanty, and Lee and Kyoshi quickly joined in, leaving Mui scandalized. Lee sang from the point of view of his romantic interest, and his coworkers concluded that he was infatuated with Mirai, the greengrocer's daughter.[1]
