The moon flower is cream-white in color.

The moon flower (Chinese: 月花
(Yuè huā)) is a plant that grows in the Earth Kingdom and produces a cream-white flower. It is kept decoratively for its pleasing appearance. With a rapid response to changes in brightness, it wilts in direct sunlight and quickly blossoms when placed in partial shade.

History

While perusing the many stalls located in one of Ba Sing Se's Lower Ring shopping markets, Iroh stopped at one of them to purchase a picnic basket. On the counter of the stall, a withered moon flower exposed to sunlight stood in a vase. He pushed it out of the sun, allowing it to bloom in the partial shade.
