Mangal was a young Air Nomad who grew up at the Northern Air Temple during the lifetime of Avatar Kyoshi.
History
Mangal used to play tricks on the Air Monks as a kid and snuck away from the Northern Air Temple many times. This led him to know the surrounding areas very well, including places frequented by daofei. He had a reputation as a troublemaker by Air Nomad standards, and considered running away from the temple for good since others misunderstood him so much.[1]
Personality
Mangal was a very mischievous individual and had a strong tendency to get into trouble.[1]
Abilities
Though few knew about it, Mangal was very good at spiritual projection and had a strong affinity with spirits, easily being able to communicate with them. He could even solve problems in nearby villages by sensing what was causing the spirits distress to help them fix it.[1]
