History
Ugyen served as the nominal leader of the Air Nomad delegation at the Four Nations Summit & Technological Symposium in Hari Bulkan. He had little to no desire to police or control his delegation, and his primary goal at the summit was to foster a spirit of peace across all the attendees. He led a delegation of other monks and nuns who broadly shared his goals.
When a crate of rare and valuable meteorite metal was stolen, Ugyen was concerned about how the situation had invited disunity and conflict, and was in favor of any resolution that would bring a peaceful close to the affair.[1]
Personality
Ugyen had a very meditative mindset and shied away from any shows of superiority or dominance. Committed to Air Nomad ethics, Ugyen disapproved of any violent or manipulative tactics, even if it was for a noble cause, such as the spirits.[1]
Abilities
Ugyen was considered a skilled master airbender. His signature technique was to evade fighting by effortlessly flowing around blows like the wind itself.[1]
