She is also known for competing on Food Network's reality shows Chopped, Beat Bobby Flay, and Cutthroat Kitchen. She is the author of Avatar: The Last Airbender Cookbook: Official Recipes from the Four Nations.

Biographical information

Dorsey was born in Shanghai, China, and was raised in the Seattle area.[1] She graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education in 2012, receiving her Diploma of Culinary Arts.[2] She competed in several Food Network reality shows from 2015 to 2017, and has written several cookbooks since 2018.
