The royal messenger was one of Earth King Kuei's personal messengers. He was tasked with the duty of delivering messages to various people, all of whom were in some way connected to the Earth King.

History

The royal messenger delivered a message to Joo Dee regarding the status of Team Avatar's request for an audience with the Earth King.[2] He later delivered a message to Iroh at the Jasmine Dragon.[1]
