Biographical information

Personal life

Her father, David, is an actor, and her mother, Angelique, is a casting director and stunt actor. Midthunder is an Assiniboine Native American and is a citizen of the Fort Peck Sioux Tribe. She was born in the Navajo reserve of Shiprock, New Mexico, and eventually returned there after spending much of her childhood in Santa Fe, where she attended the Academy for Technology and the Classics and her mother worked in a casting firm.

Career

Midthunder developed an interest in acting as a child, and has worked in various productions, including episodes of the television series Roswell, New Mexico, Reservation Dogs, Longmire, and Banshee.

She came to greater prominence in 2022 as the star of the critically successful science fiction action horror film Prey.
