Anada was an Air Nun and great engineer who lived during the era of Roku. She was born a nonbender in the Fire Nation, and was adopted by the Air Nomads as a baby.[1]

History

Anada was born in the Fire Nation and was orphaned as a baby. She was initially raised by her grandmother, but when she could no longer take care of the child, Anada was given over to the Air Nomads and raised as one of their own. She lived in a time when the Air Nomads were more involved with the worldly affairs of the other four nations than they had been previously.

Anada became a great engineer, whose innovative designs created the Fire & Air Center of Learning, which celebrated the support of Air Nomad teachings by the Fire Nation nobility. This allowed her the chance to return to the nation where she was born and reunite with her beloved grandmother. However, shortly after arriving at the center, work halted when the Guiding Wind began to interfere and the Fire Nation military guard seized control of the site.[1]

Abilities

Anada being a nonbender made her a rarity in Air Nomad society, but she made up for it with her innovative mind. She became a brilliant engineer, renowned among the Air Nomads and the Fire Nation.[1]
